The first person you will speak with upon contacting the Propertyology office will be Mandie. She will assist you with your initial enquiry and be a helpful contact point throughout your Propertyology experience.

Mandie is the fabric of the Propertyology team. In addition to attending to your initial questions and getting you comfortable with Propertyology’s unique service offering, Mandie’s main role is to project manage the property purchase from contract inception through to settlement.

Whilst the decision to buy an invest property is the exciting bit, the reality is that the transaction itself is usually not much fun. There’s lots of documents to complete, confusing terminology and jargon, various deadlines to meet, daily micro decisions to make, and other unexpected challenges along the way. Stress no more – Mandie is your saviour.

Regardless of which individual state and specific location across this large country that Propertyology help you to invest in, your best interests, including saving you time and stress, is Mandie’s primary objective.

Throughout each day, Mandie will act on your behalf to assess what needs to be done, who should be doing it, troubleshooting where required, and providing you with practical suggestions to overcome any unexpected challenges. This involves liaising with conveyancers and solicitors, your mortgage broker, building and pest inspectors, real estate agents as well as property managers.

Mandie has a wealth of experience in customer support roles.

Diversity in knowledge has been acquired through a background which includes banking, superannuation, hospitality and the defence force. Diverse experiences have been enjoyed from spending time living in each of Australia’s three largest cities plus in regional Australia. Mandie combines these wide range of experiences with her innate nature to help others.

The real estate industry has recognised Mandie’s wonderful skills and qualities through consecutive years of being awarded a Finalist in the REIQ Awards for Excellence for ‘Agency Support Officer of the Year.’

In her spare time, Mandie contributes significantly within the community. She has a leadership role with Girl Guides Queensland, mentoring and developing teenage girls into confident young women.

A proud Melbourne Storm NRL supporter, in her downtime Mandie also likes relaxing at home with her cat, a good book and some fresh home-made brownies.
