Bryan is an integral part of Propertyology’s leadership team.

From the latter part of his high school years, Bryan has always had a keen interest in property. With an initial interest in becoming a skilled property valuer, Bryan graduated at Queensland University of Technology (QUT) in 2004 with a Bachelor of Applied Science, majoring in property economics.

Employment opportunities which were too good to refuse saw Bryan refine his property knowledge during a 10 year banking career, including invaluable exposure to high-end property finance and portfolio management with both Suncorp Metway and ANZ Bank. Over the years, Bryan has been actively involved with the development of portfolios and has overseen growth strategies for numerous property and business clients.

A sharp intellect and true professional. A team player with strong leadership qualities and role model for others. Bryan is a big picture thinker with an eye for detail.

Bryan’s experiences extend to the different real estate legislation, property contracts, and processes for buying properties in four (4) different states.

Deriving a genuine thrill from helping others, Bryan takes his primary role of helping clients to make smart property acquisition decisions seriously. Drawing on his diverse experiences across a variety of property-related roles and using his exceptional communicating skills, Bryan appreciates the importance of challenging his client’s preconceived property investment theories and sharing his own learnings. Bryan was runner-up in the 2016 REIQ Buyer’s Agent Of The Year awards for excellence and an integral part of Propertyology winning the category for 2016 REIQ Small Residential Agency Of The Year.

Calm under pressure and equipped with a range of persuasive tactics, Bryan particularly enjoys the part of his role where he is entrusted to negotiate the best possible outcome on the purchase of an investment property for his client. Take our word for it, he’s damn good!

As a husband and proud father, Bryan enjoys going out for dinner with friends, is an avid sport fanatic, and an experienced SCUBA diver.
